Mission I: Super Pop Con 2017 is happening on July 7, 2017 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. This show brings some of the hottest K-Pop groups in one super event, including B1A4, B.A.P, BTOB, Pentagon VIXX, B.I.G and KRIESHA. This is one event you would definitely not want to miss out on.

The Hidden Discovered

Comprised of Jino, Chulmin, and Sunghyun - THE HIDDEN - finally released their first mini-album, which is also the same name for their title track, “Love, Love, Love” last March 23, 2017. The song depicts a youthful melody in contrast with the song’s sadness of unrequited love.

Formed in 2014, the Korean ballad group made an appearance in the popular Korean TV show, “Hidden Singer”. Jino and Sunghyun both won first place impersonating Shin Seung Hun and Jo Sungmo respectively, while Chulmin was a second placer, for impersonating Kim Bumsu. They’ve also released singles and OSTs like 그대뿐이죠 (Only You) for the K-Drama Triangle (Jaejoong of JYJ).

SM Entertainment To Hold Auditions In Indonesia And Discusses Future Plans

Lee Soo Man, the executive producer of SM Entertainment traveled to Indonesia for the Korea-Indonesia Business Summit that was held at Shangri-La, Jakarta, Indonesia which was held on March 14.

He discussed about the future business of SM Entertainment that will take place in the country, and his vision of the “Hollywood of the Orient”. After explaining, he announced that SM Entertainment will be holding an audition in Indonesia because they plan to form an NCT Asia unit.

The group NCT was launched last 2016 in Korea, and with its success they plan to expand the NCT unit across Asia by forming a team with the international members WinWin, RenJun and Chenle from China, Yuta from Japan, and Ten from Thailand to become global stars.

Red Velvet Joy and Lee Hyun Woo Shows Their Chemistry

On March 14, the cast of tvN “The Liar and His Lover” held their press conference at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul, South Korea.

Hyunwoo expressed his partnership with Joy, “When I first saw Joy, I thought she was so cute. She told me that she found it difficult to approach me because I looked so innocent.” He also expressed, “When I look at her eyes, I feel like she trusts me during filming. But when I look at her eyes, I get mesmerized.”

Co-actor Lee Jung Jin joked that the press conference was actually to announce Joy and Lee Hyun Woo’s relationship. He also said, “I recently asked Lee Hyun Woo if they are really dating. I think after the drama has ended, there will be dating rumors about the two. Because that’s how good their chemistry is.”

During the press conference, the stars showed their cute charm altogether by posing cutely with big smiles on their faces.

KAIR Airlines To Take Off On 2018!

The airline will be stationed in Cheongju, the capital of North Chungcheong province in central South Korea, and it will cater to international flights in Northeast Asia for an affordable cost.

KAIR Airlines partnered with Airbus for eight single-aisle A320 aircraft, which means the plane will be meant for economy class. The representative director and chairman of KAIR Airlines, Byung Ho Kang stated, “We see enormous potential for the development of a low-cost model linking central South Korea with destinations in China, Taiwan and Japan. KAIR Airlines will focus on point-to-point services at low fares while offering passengers a modern and fun product offering.”

“A brand new aircraft (A320) will be perfect for our business model and customers, combining the lowest operating costs with the widest cabin in the single aisle segment.” He added.

Along with KAIR Airlines – Easter Jet, Jeju Air, Jin Air and T’way Airlines will be categorized as a low-cost carrier.

In the Philippines, some of the airlines such as Cebu Pacific and Air Asia, have announced their low-cost fare flights to several local places in the country and to other Asian countries as well such as Seoul, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and many more. Air Asia low-cost air fares will be available starting this month (March) up until August. The Cebu Pacific airfare will be available from June up until December.
