KPOP CO-ED GROUPS

With the hit comeback of K.A.R.D with "Don't Recall", they're bringing back the spotlight of co-ed groups. 

Do you remember these groups?

SUNNYHILL

This group has been around since 2007 and they debuted with their single titled "Love Letter". Kota and Misung, who are currently in the group, they joined last 2011. Their male member Janghyun, left the group due to serving in the military. However, he is currently the groups' producer. 

They officially became a girl group last 2014.

F1RST

The group debuted last August 2010 and they debuted with their song called "I love you, You love me". They disbanded last 2013.

Some of the members are currently active with their own groups, while some are not. 

CO-ED SCHOOL 

They debuted last 2010 with their debut song "Too Late". Their following song was "Bbiribbom, Bbaeribbom." 

Because of an issue, their management decided that group will not a comeback. Instead they divided the groups into two, and they were "F-VE DOLLS" and "SPEED". 

Other members of the groups is still active in the entertainment industry, such as Chanmi who was last seen in the first season of Produce 101. While Taewoon, former leader and member of SPEED is now a music producer. 

THE AXIZ (Band) 

The band first started at KBS 2TV's Top Band, which was a survival show for bands. They were the winners of the first season and because of that they were able to debut last November 2011. Their debut song was called "Hold Me". 

They were scouted by Universal Music Japan.

WE

They were founded by DJ Doc member Kim Chang Ryul. They also debuted last 2011 and their debut song was called "Rainy Days"

Co-ed group K.A.R.D is currently gaining popularity as they continue with their promotions of "Don't Recall".

K.A.R.D

They're under DSP Media Entertainment. They debuted with the song called "Oh Na Na" which was produced by ZooBeater Sound. 

BM or Big Matthew (far left) was the back up dancer for Goo Hara's "Choco Chip Cookie" single. He used to be a part of a dance crew in Los Angeles that competed at the Hip Hop International and Vibe Dance. He has been trainee for 5 years. He represents the K in K.A.R.D which stands for KING.

J.Seph (far right) also has been a trainee for 5 years. He represents the A in K.A.R.D which stands for ACE.

Somin (middle left) have already debuted before with girl group April, who also belongs to the same entertainment. She left the group last 2015. She represents the R in K.A.R.D which stands for Black JokeR.

Jiwoo (middle right) is the maknae of the group. She also represents R in K.A.R.D which stands for Color JokeR.
