Lee Soo Man, the executive producer of SM
Entertainment traveled to Indonesia for the Korea-Indonesia Business Summit
that was held at Shangri-La, Jakarta, Indonesia which was held on March 14.
He discussed about the future business of
SM Entertainment that will take place in the country, and his vision of the “Hollywood
of the Orient”. After explaining, he announced that SM Entertainment will be
holding an audition in Indonesia because they plan to form an NCT Asia unit.
The group NCT was launched last 2016 in
Korea, and with its success they plan to expand the NCT unit across Asia by
forming a team with the international members WinWin, RenJun and Chenle from
China, Yuta from Japan, and Ten from Thailand to become global stars.
